The Founding of What’s in a Tallow
My own journey with oily, acne-prone skin and stubborn scars led me to search for solutions that were both safe and effective. Out of that search grew a passion for creating skincare that truly nourishes, heals, and protects without relying on chemicals.
Every soap, balm, and cream we make begins with carefully rendered beef tallow, prized for its incredible skin-nourishing properties. We blend it with pure plant oils like jojoba, olive oil pomace, sunflower, sweet almond, castor oil, and rich shea butter to deliver gentle yet powerful care. For fragrance, we use only pure essential oils — never synthetic perfumes. And instead of dyes or artificial colorants, our soaps are naturally tinted and enriched with clays and botanicals, making them safe for even the most sensitive skin.
Each product is handcrafted in small batches, thoughtfully made with love, and covered in prayer. Our deepest desire is to glorify Jesus in everything we do — and to share not only skin wellness but also His goodness through every purchase.
