1. Are your products all-natural?
   Yes! Our fragrance-free soaps and shampoo bars are made with natural ingredients, free from harsh chemicals and synthetic additives. We use therapeutic grade essential oils for scent and clays for color.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
   Absolutely! Our handmade tallow soaps and shampoo bars are formulated with skin-loving ingredients that are gentle and nourishing. However, we recommend a patch test before full use, especially for those with sensitive skin or allergies.
3. Are your Fragrance Free Beef Tallow Soap and Tallow Shampoo bars safe for children and pregnant women?
   While we use natural ingredients and therapeutic grade essential oils, some essential oils may not be suitable for young children or pregnant women. Always check the ingredients and consult with a healthcare provider if unsure. 
4. Are your products for external use only?
   Yes! All our soaps, shampoo bars, and fragrances are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

1. Do you use pure beef tallow in your products?
   Yes! Our soaps and shampoo bars are made with high-quality, carefully rendered grass-fed beef tallow. However, we also blend it with other nourishing oils like coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil pomace, castor oils and beeswax to enhance cleansing, lather, and skin benefits.
2. What is beef tallow?
   Beef tallow is rendered fat from cattle, purified for use in skincare. It has been used for centuries in soap and skincare products due to its nourishing and moisturizing properties.
3. Why is beef tallow good for skincare?
   Beef tallow is rich in fatty acids, vitamins A, D, E, and K, which help deeply moisturize, protect, and restore the skin. It closely resembles the natural oils in human skin, making it highly absorbable and beneficial for hydration, elasticity, and soothing dryness or irritation.
4. Does the soap smell like beef?
   Not at all! Our soaps are scented with therapeutic grade essential oils for the fragrance-free soap line and our Tallow Shampoo Bars.
5. Will tallow soap clog pores?
   No! Properly rendered beef tallow is non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores. Instead, it nourishes and balances the skin’s natural oil production.
6. Do your soaps expire?
   Handmade soaps don’t spoil like food, but they are best used within 12-18 months for maximum freshness and effectiveness. Over time, the scent may fade, and the soap may lose some of its lathering properties, but it will still be safe to use.
7. How should I store my soap?
   Store your soap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a draining soap dish to keep it dry between uses, which helps extend its lifespan.
8. Do your soaps contain lye?
   Yes, all real soap is made using lye (sodium hydroxide). However, once the soap is fully cured, no lye remains in the final product. Through the process of saponification, the lye reacts with fats and oils, transforming them into soap and glycerin.

1. What makes your Whipped Tallow Night Cream different from other moisturizers?
Our night cream is made with carefully rendered beef tallow, blended with plant oils and pure essential oils. Tallow closely mimics the skin’s natural oils, making it deeply nourishing, easily absorbed, and safe for sensitive skin.

2. Is it safe for acne-prone or oily skin?
Yes! While it may sound heavy, tallow is actually non-comedogenic when properly balanced with plant oils. It nourishes without clogging pores and helps restore balance to oily or acne-prone skin.

3. Can I use it during the day?
You can, though it’s best designed as a night cream for deep skin repair and hydration while you sleep. If you prefer daytime use, apply sparingly.

4. Does it have a fragrance?
We only use pure essential oils — never synthetic fragrances. The scent is subtle, natural, and fades as the cream absorbs into your skin.

5. How do I apply it?
After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount to your face and neck. A little goes a long way!

6. How is it preserved?
Since it’s made in small batches with pure oils, we recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place and using clean hands or a spatula.

1. What is a mineral sun balm?
Unlike chemical sunscreens, our balm uses non-nano zinc oxide, a natural mineral that sits on top of the skin to reflect harmful UVA and UVB rays.

2. Is it reef-safe?
Yes! Our sun balm is reef-safe, eco-friendly, and free from harmful chemicals that damage marine life.

3. Will it leave a white cast?
Because we use zinc oxide, there may be a slight natural tint on the skin, but we balance it with nourishing plant oils to make it spread easily and absorb better.

4. Is it safe for kids and sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our balm is made with simple, natural ingredients — no harsh chemicals, dyes, or synthetic fragrances — making it safe for all skin types, even children’s.

5. Can I use it under makeup?
Yes! It works as a protective base layer. Allow a few minutes for it to absorb before applying makeup.

6. How often should I reapply?
Reapply every 2 hours if you’re outdoors, swimming, or sweating, and more often for prolonged sun exposure.

7. What level of sun protection does it provide?
Our Mineral Sun Balm is formulated with non-nano zinc oxide, a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen agent known to provide protection against both UVA and UVB rays. While we do not claim an official SPF rating (this requires FDA testing), zinc oxide is widely recognized as one of the most effective and safest natural sun protectants.

1. Do you ship nationwide?
   Yes! We currently ship within the Philippines. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. How long does shipping take?
   1. Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
   2. Provincial areas: 5-7 business days
   3. Rush or same-day delivery: Available within Cebu City via local couriers (subject to availability).
3. Do you offer international shipping?
   Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates.
4. How are your products packaged for shipping?
   We use eco-friendly packaging to protect your order while minimizing waste. Each item is carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
   Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll work on a replacement or refund.
